Marina Sirras was born and raised in Greece and moved to the United States in 1956. She attended Queens College of the City University of New York.

As a first career, Marina was a marketing analyst for A.C. Nielsen Company’s Food and Consumer Products Division. She then moved on to Warwick & Legler, a mid-sized advertising agency in New York.

As a "stay-at-home mom", Marina owned and operated several small businesses. In 1986, Marina was asked to join a legal recruiting firm. In 1987, in partnership with Kai Cramer, Marina formed Cramer & Sirras, Inc. Marina took over full control of the company in 1991 and changed the name to Marina Sirras & Associates LLC.

Along with searches for law firms, both in the United States and abroad, Marina has performed successful searches for Goldman Sachs, American Express Company, Viacom and The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., amongst others.

Marina is President and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).

Jennifer Sirras Ray joined Marina Sirras & Associates LLC in August of 1994. Prior to her current position, Jennifer was an Intellectual Property and International Trade paralegal at Marks & Murase in New York for four years.

While at Marina Sirras & Associates LLC, Jennifer has conducted searches for a Corporate Counsel for an international consumer products company, a Japanese manufacturing company, and several in-house counsels. Also, Jennifer has conducted numerous searches for attorneys at all levels for law firms in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Jennifer graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts in May of 1990, and is very active in the Mount Holyoke Alumnae Association. She currently resides in Connecticut.

Dana L. Gillespie joined Marina Sirras & Associates LLC in July 1995. Prior to her current position, Dana was an associate at Ingram & Aydelotte, Inc., an executive search firm in New York City, for three years.

While at Ingram & Aydelotte, Dana recruited senior level executives for various industries, including: pharmaceuticals, cosmetics/HBA, finance, banking, transportation and entertainment. Major clients included Pfizer, Inc., Bristol Meyers-Squibb, Clairol, American Express Company, Citibank, Union Pacific Corporation, Tenneco, Inc., and MTV Networks.

While at Marina Sirras & Associates, Dana has worked on searches for senior and junior associates at several media companies. Dana has also conducted searches for partner and associate positions for law firms in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Carla Trigueiro holds a law degree from UFRN and attended the post-graduation program in Civil Procedure from PUC/SP in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Carla has been working in the legal recruitment field since 1999, and she focuses mainly on the Latin American and energy markets. She joined Marina Sirras & Associates LLC in March 2001.
