Our client, a New-York-based international law firm, has a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial Portuguese speaking corporate attorney in their Miami office.

Qualified attorney applicants will have 2-5 years of US law firm experience in M&A, joint ventures, and funds, and will be fluent Portuguese speakers. Admission to a US state bar and US work authorization is also required. The ideal attorney will also have some trusts & estates and real estate experience, but this is not strictly required. 

The right attorney for this opening will thrive in a fast paced work environment and will work well in a trimmed group. This position is the right fit for smart and ambitious junior lawyers trained at a big law firm who seek a higher level of responsibility and autonomy over their careers. 

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years experience working in a US law firm as a corporate attorney on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and funds
• Some trusts & estates and real estate experience (preferred)
• Portuguese fluency
• Admission in good standing to a US state bar
• Authorization to work in the US
• A JD received with strong academic credentials
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and as part of a trimmed group
